The Powhatan Predator 11U team is a group of passionately devoted talented baseball players. These Powhatan Predator 11U Baseball Players recognize and understand the opportunity of being a part of a 11U Travel Team is an honor and privilege not to be taken for granted.



Eddie Wyatt, Manager

Coach Wyatt has always had a deep love and compassion for the sport of Baseball. Coach Wyatt played high school baseball at Matoaca High School. In addition, he also played two seasons for the American Legion Post 284 Baseball Team. He then went on to play College baseball at Christopher Newport University. He now enjoys coaching his sons, and the youth athletes of Powhatan County and Central Virginia. Coach Wyatt has coached the Virginia Tide Travel Team from 8U until they became an 11U Team. During those years he also has coached the Dixie Youth All Star team to 2 Regional events and 4 State tournaments. Coach Wyatt recently started the Powhatan Predators with two age divisions 13U and 10U.

Rob Washburn, Assistant Coach

Coach Washburn has been coaching youth baseball at various age levels for the past nine years. For five seasons, he was the head coach of the Powhatan Pirates, guiding the team from 8U through 12U. The Pirates won numerous tournaments through the years and finished as the state champion runner-up at 8U. He spent two seasons coaching with Richmond Elite at the 9U, 13U and 14U levels. He also coached for several years in PYAA and was a PYAA director for two seasons.
